Mas Video
MAS Video is an internal, no-code AI avatar platform that enables Intuit teams to create brand-compliant videos independently, without relying on centralized production, engineering or design resources. I led interaction and visual design for MAS Video, as part of Multimodal Avatar Studio Systems, defining how teams safely create, review, and ship AI-generated video at scale.
Enable fast, self-serve video creation across Intuit while preserving brand integrity, legal compliance, and responsible AI standards. Reduce dependency on manual production workflows and ensure teams could move quickly without introducing risk or inconsistency.
Goal
Design a governance-first creation experience that balanced autonomy with control. MAS Video embedded guardrails directly into the workflow, guiding teams through avatar selection, script approval, and brand usage without slowing them down.
I partnered closely with Responsible AI, Legal, Brand, and Platform teams to define where constraints should live in the product, not in documentation. The result was an experience that made “doing the right thing” the default, not an extra step.
The Approach
MAS Video launched as a foundational internal platform for AI-generated video, unlocking faster content creation across teams while maintaining trust and accountability. By embedding guardrails into the experience itself, the product scaled AI usage responsibly and set a precedent for how future internal AI tools should be designed at Intuit.
